Developer London and Devonshire Trust has begun a search for tenants for a 22-acre business park scheme in Ernesettle, Plymouth. LDT has appointed Taunton agent Harcourt Kerr to market the proposed Plymouth Enterprise Park, which has planning permission for 255,000 sq ft of warehousing.
The brownfield site previously housed a manufacturing facility. Agent Phillip Kerr said: “We anticipate Plymouth will experience more footloose enquiries, with the likes of Amazon, which operates distribution centres in areas such as Swansea, considering opportunities similar to that which PEP now provides for Plymouth.”
