Publicis Groupe has struck a prelet deal for two Derwent London developments in the City.
Publicis, owner of Saatchi & Saatchi, will pay a combined annual rent of £8.8m for Turnmill in Clerkenwell and 40 Chancery Lane. It has entered into 20-year leases on the pair.
