Credit card processing company WorldPay has confirmed it has taken 98,000 sq ft at the Walbrook Building, EC4.
The company will begin a phased migration into the property in the summer and expects this to be completed by Q1 2014.
WorldPay is consolidating from five offices in the capital into floors five and six of the building.
Philip Jansen, chief executive of WorldPay, said: “The move to The Walbrook will also allow us to achieve cost efficiencies by consolidating our London properties and provides an excellent office environment to build our business.”
Quoting rent at the Walbrook is £57.50 per sq ft.
The building was developed by Minerva, which was bought out by Jupiter Properties, the Delancey and Area Property Partners JV.
GL Hearn advised WorldPay; Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank are letting agents on the building.
