Royal Bank of Scotland Corporate & Institutional Banking has appointed two new directors to the real estate finance team in Scotland.
Jamie Drummond (above left) and Phil Sherwood (right) will join the team, reporting to regional managing director Stuart Heslop, regional managing director for real estate finance.
They join a 14-member team covering the Scottish market from offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
Both Sherwood and Drummond will move from elsewhere in RBS’s CIB business.
Sherwood, who has 30 years’ experience in banking and 15 years with RBS, most recently worked in the global restructuring group and in the corporate asset finance area, running the Lombard Corporate business in Scotland.
Drummond, a banker for more than 20 years with RBS CIB, has worked in various roles within the business, including 10 years specialising in real estate.
