Brand consultancy Heavenly won top prize at last night’s Property Marketing Awards.
Heavenly won the Victor Ludorum Award for its Fitzroy Place campaign in the Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Residential, UK & International category for its client Exemplar.
The judges said the campaign featured beautiful photography, which brought together culture, fashion and heritage in a non-prime residential market.
The 21st annual industry awards ceremony was held at BAFTA, in London’s West End, and was hosted by former ITN newscaster Andrea Catherwood.
The Property Marketing Awards are organized by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and Estates Gazette and aim to highlight excellence, innovation and creativity in marketing within the property industry.
Roger Southam, Master of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and Chair of the 2013 judging panel said: There can only be one Victor Ludorum, best in show if you will. The judges’ deliberations created a split on this and caused much debate.
“Eventually we concluded that one winner had managed to take a unique perspective in their campaign and combined with some magnificent photography. The combination of the idea and the concept enabled the judges to reconcile their differences and read a decision.”
