Redevco has sold the Senneberg office building, headquarters of C&A Brussels, to French private financial group Financière Techeyné.
The Senneberg office building is located on the Avenue Jean Monnet in Vilvorde and comprises 35,000 m2. C&A has recently signed a new fixed-lease contract for the next 12 years.
The sale was advised by C&W and CBRE was co-agent.
According to C&W, this is the largest sales transaction in the Brussels periphery since the sale of office property Collines de Wavre.
Financière Techeyné has expanded in Belgium over the past two years. Initially, the company was a promoter and then developed into a financial group. The firm has over 500,000 m2 assets in its portfolio with an estimated total value of €1bn, mostly in commercial real estate, offices and residential real estate including 1,000 student flats.
