Gillette’s former European HQ in West London has been bought by a private UK investor for a £150m mixed-use redevelopment.
The buyer, trading as Gillette Corner Holdings, paid £23.1m for the 500,000 sq ft block on the Great West Road, Middlesex.
The 10.4-acre site, which includes a listed frontage, has consent for a 927,000 sq ft office-led mixed-use scheme.
Mason Owen & Lyons and Savills were instructed to sell the Bonnington Group-owned site for £20m in February, in a National Asset Management Agency-enforced sale.
Strettons acted for the purchaser.
