Technogym UK has agreed to take 12,000 sq ft of office space at M&G Real Estate’s Bracknell Boulevard in Berkshire.
The fitness equipment producer has taken the ground floor space at Building 2 on the development. It is paying £17 per sq ft.
Aaron Pope, associate director, asset management at M&G Real Estate, said: “Bracknell Boulevard’s substantial refurbishment was completed last year. The site is well positioned in the heart of the Thames Valley with ample parking and is positioned for fast access to both the M4 and M3 motorways. We have 20,000 sq ft of office headquarters floor space in Building 1 and 38,000 sq ft at Building 2 still available.”
