Düsseldorf’s aik Immobilien has acquired a residential project in Cologne for €12m.
The property has a total rental space of 4,740 m2 and consists of two structures, each comprising three buildings.
The buildings are located in Cologne’s Kalk district and are part of a new quarter development. The developer, Vilis, a subsidiary of Interboden, will complete the project at the end of 2014.
“Our new residential property in Cologne is a promising opportunity, and is well constructed in a good location. At completion in 2014 a newly constructed residential area commanding attractive rents will be offered to the citizens of Cologne,” said Stephan Hinsche, spokesman of the aik management board.
