The Ackerman Group is selling two nightclubs on St Peter’s Road in Bournemouth, Dorset.
The Ackerman Group is marketing the former Bliss and Chilli Whites clubs individually and as a pair with new 25-year leases subject to five yearly rent reviews. It is asking for more than £150,000 pa rent for each 9,500 sq ft club. The split-level clubs have bar areas, dance floors, DJ booths as well as VIP areas and 24-hour licences.
Jonathan Moradoff, associate director at Davis Coffer Lyons, which is advising, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire two highly desirable units in an excellent part of the town. Bournemouth has a large student population and a thriving nightlife culture. We have already received significant interest and are confident that we will be able to announce a buyer shortly.”
