Land Securities has signed a flurry of retailers to its 1.4m sq ft The Centre shopping mall in Livingston, West Lothian.
Burger King, mens fashion retailer Officers Club, toy brand The Entertainer, PerfectHome and juice operator Fuel have taken a total of 10,678 sq ft within the mall.
The Entertainer has taken the most space, at 3,150 sq ft on a 10-year lease. The store will open in November.
Meanwhile, Burger King, has signed a 20-year lease on 2,938 sq ft and is due to start trading in October. And PerfectHome, has taken a store of 2,594 sq ft on a 10-year deal. Officers Club has signed up for 1,996 sq ft on a five-year lease and Fuel has also taken a 195 sq ft kiosk due to open in mid-August.
Rents were undisclosed.
