Deka Immobilien has sold two US assets – the BAC Colonnade office tower in Miami, South Florida, and the Century Plaza II office building in San Jose, California, for a total of €96.5m (£84m).
The BAC Colonnade was part of the Deka Immobilien Global Fund and was sold to Boston-based real estate advisor TA Associates Realty for approximately $81m (£53m) in an off-market deal.
The 11-storey office tower comprises 19,072 m2 and is located at 2333 Ponce de Leon in Coral Gables at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Blvd and Miracle Mile.
The Century Plaza II was sold on behalf of the Deka Immobilien Special fund for $47.1m to San Francisco-based Grosvenor Americas.
The six-storey property comprises 9,209 m2 of office space and is situated at 560 S.
Winchester Boulevard in the heart of Silicon Valley. The property is fully let to Rockefeller Group Business Centers, Cushman & Wakefield and Bank of America.
