London-based Patron Capital, owner of Poweleague soccer, will confirm an ambitious Paris property project today.
The private equity company plans to build one of Europe’s largest youth hostels, in Paris, which will have 940 beds, as it steps up its push into European property. Patron has allocated €70m (£60m) of spending, including for a hostel in Rome. Patron’s Generator hostel chain will manage both properties.
