F&C REIT has submitted plans for the refurbishment and partial redevelopment of 1 Bow Churchyard, EC4.
The 55,000 sq ft office block just off Cheapside is owned by the Friends Life with Profits Fund, which is managed by F&C REIT.
The plans include the refurbishment of the existing office space, an extension to the fifth floor and a new sixth floor, adding around 5,000 sq ft.
The building will also be re-clad. F&C is targeting completion in Q4 2014 subject to planning.
