Barker Storey Matthews has taken first place in this year’s 12th annual Bidwells and Estates Gazette Punting Challenge.
It was the firm’s first podium placing in the annual race down the Cam in Cambridge.
Last year’s winner, Cheffins, came in second place.
The event, held on Friday, saw eight teams race from Scudamores Yard down to Quayside and back.
Strutt and Parker’s Tom Parish took the prize for Wettest Competitor after diving into the water to ensure his team nosed ahead of rival Bidwells to take the second-from-last spot.
