Logistics and warehouse asset manager and developer PointPark Properties (P3), has appointed Patrick Rebel to its French team.
Rebel joins from Constructa Asset Management in Paris where he was a senior manager overseeing 230,000 m² of logistics space in France and Eastern Europe. Prior to this, he held positions in France and Germany at Deka Immobilien, Foncière Europe Logistique and BNP Paribas. He has a masters degree in real estate from the Paris Dauphine University.
P3 opened an office in France in 2010 and the country is now P3’s largest market in terms of leasing activity, accounting for 33% of all deals signed in 2012 in terms of floor area.
