Dandara has unveiled plans for a major office development on the site of a former nightclub in St Helier, Jersey.
Proposals have been submitted for a £70m-plus Skidmore, Owings & Merrill-designed scheme totalling 160,000 sq ft.
The six-storey office building would comprise floorplates of up to 30,000 sq ft and would be Jersey’s third-largest office block.
The site includes four existing buildings controlled by Dandara.
Work is expected to begin in February 2014, subject to planning approval.
