Conygar Investment Company has secured planning permission for a 729-home scheme in Pembrokeshire.
Pembrokeshire county council resolved to grant permission for the Haverfordwest development, which also includes a 60,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s store.
The Fletcher Rae-designed scheme by the investment and development group also includes land for a school.
Robert Ware, chief executive of Conygar, said: “This will enable us to bring an excellent new store to the town, which at the same time provides a catalyst to residential development at the site.”
