Logistics firm Norbert Dantressangle is closing in on a 300,000 sq ft former Tesco depot site in Crick, Northamptonshire.
The firm will move to Storm 18, a 20-acre site fronting the M1 owned by Canmoor and JV partner Harbert.
A plan had been in place to demolish and rebuild the shed, but Norbert will now lease the existing building. It will take a lease upwards of five years, at around £4.50 per sq ft.
