The company behind the transformation of Old Spitalfield’s Market in east London has been appointed to manage and operate Shepherds Bush Market in west London.
Orion Land & Leisure and Development Securities have appointed Active Assets to help bring forward the development once judicial review proceedings against the project have been successfully navigated.
Orion and DevSec want to turn the 4.7-acre market site into a £150m project featuring 212 homes and 140,000 sq ft of commercial space, including shops, market stalls and restaurants.
