Jones Lang LaSalle has topped the western corridor league table, finding tenants for almost a tenth of all space taken in the region.
The agency disposed of more than 700,000 sq ft of in Estates Gazette’s first western corridor league table after acting on four of the top ten deals in the region in the 12 months to end of June 2013.
Both JLL and second-placed Strutt & Parker were boosted by the only prelet to be signed in the year, BP’s deal for 135,000 sq ft at Building 2, Bedfont Lakes .
Two regional firms made the top ten – Campbell Gordon, which was involved in biggest deal of the year, the 139,000 sq ft letting to Huawei Technolgies at 300 South Oak Way, Green Park , and Hanover Green, which disposed of the 62,000 sq ft to Winton Capital at Grove House, Hammersmith Grove .
