A long-standing Lambert Smith Hampton senior director in Manchester is to leave his full-time role with the firm.
High-profile Manchester agent Peter Skelton, who has worked for LSH for 31 years, will continue to act as a consultant to the business.
The new role will be non-exclusive, with Skelton seeking other assignments alongside his LSH commitments.
