HIH has acquired a mixed-use property in Berlin’s Charlottenburg district from Bauwert Investment Group. The property was acquired on behalf of the property Spezialfond of Warburg-Henderson.
Refurbished between 2012 and 2013, the property provides around 6,320 m2 of which 1,900 m2 is retail, 4,220 m2 is offices and 200 m2 is storage.
The building is let to retail company Tengelmann and recycling specialist Alba. The leases have an average life span of 11.6 years.
