The Royal Academy of Music has signed a prelet for 11 Cross Keys Close in Marylebone, W1, for rehearsal studios.
It has signed a 10-year lease with a five-year break option for the 2,800 sq ft.
A rent of around £50 per sq ft has agreed with landlord Anglos Scottish Properties for the refurbished space.
Hoffman Partners acted for the landlord; The Noble Harris Partnership represented the tenant.
