Savills has expanded its corporate finance valuation team in Germany with the appointment of Johannes Schneider as director in the Berlin office.
Schneider will be responsible for the sale of property portfolios and companies and will advise vendors. His team will also provide commercial due diligence services as well as net operating income analysis.
He joins the company from PwC where he worked in the real estate advisory division for over ten years and headed the transaction services real estate team at the company’s Munich office.
