Frankfurt’s IFM Immobilien has renewed the contract of CEO Volker de Boer ahead of time.
The new contract will end on 31 December 2015. De Boer joined the management board in December last year following the departure of former CEO and founder Georg Glatzel. Glatzel remains a shareholder in the company, with De Boer managing it alongside COO Tobias Sauerbier.
Supervisory board chairman Kaare M Krane, said: “We would like to thank Volker de Boer for the great and trust-based collaboration over the past months, and like to keep working together along the same lines. We have a vested interest in seeing IFM Immobilien continue on its present course, and the fact that we extended the contract ahead of time suggests as much.”
