Colliers International has risen more than 20 places to make the top five in the latest Estates Gazette London Offices Research letting agents league.
Colliers placed outside the top 25 in Q2, but rose up the rankings in Q3 after securing an 11% market share thanks to its joint instruction on the quarter’s largest deal – Rupert Murdoch’s News UK’s 430,000 sq ft letting at The Place, SE1.
Bluebook made its debut in the league despite only being set up in April. The West-End specialist rocketed into the number eight slot after advising Archlane and Deerbrook on the 226,000 sq ft letting at Sea Containers House, SE1, to advertising firm Ogilvy & Mather.
CBRE returned to the top of the table with a 32% market share after also advising on The Place deal and acting for law firm CMS Cameron McKenna, which took 140,000 sq ft at Hines’ Cannon Place, EC4. It knocked Jones Lang LaSalle off the top spot, which it had held for the past two quarters.
