Eclectic Bars plans to raise £10m to pay off debt and buy two to three sites annually to expand.
The company has 19 bars, including Embargo 59 in Chelsea, south-west London, and the LoLa Lo chain. Another company, the City Pub Company, is also looking for £10m in new funding to expand. It hopes to have 20 pubs by the end of the year.
