Union Investment has secured its debut tenant at Finsbury Circus House, 10 South Place, EC2, the 144,3000 sq ft City redevelopment scheme.
Financial services Robert W. Baird has signed a 15-year lease on the fourth floor of the building, totaling 15,265 sq ft. It will pay a rent close to the £56.50 asking.
Union’s redevelopment of the building was completed in spring.
Christiane Buhrsch, head of central European asset management at Hamburg-based Union Investment, said “We are delighted to welcome Baird to Finsbury Circus House, which we believe is one of the best buildings completed in 2013 in Central London.”
Baird was represented by Strutt & Parker, Cushman & Wakefield and Savills advised Union Investment.
