Law firm DLA Piper has shelved its 25,000 sq ft Liverpool requirement in favour of a renewed seven-year lease at its India Buildings home.
The lease will run to 2020, with the total space now occupied by the firm in the building standing at 40,000 sq ft.
The extension comes despite speculation that the firm would make a move to the Old Hall Street district.
