Crickhowell House offered for £40m

Knight Frank has brought Crickhowell House, adjacent to the National Assembly for Wales in Cardiff, to market for £40m.

The 125,000 sq ft six-floor building is currently let to the National Assembly for Wales, which has been in occupation since the early 1990s.

Investment partner at Knight Frank, Shaun Roy, said the government had an “absolute need to occupy the building”, and that the property was expected to attract interest from around the globe.
