Westbrook Partners and Linden Homes are working up plans for an overhaul of Brentwood town centre in Essex.
Morrow + Lorraine has been appointed to draw up a masterplan to redevelop the town’s main square and shopping centre.
Under the plans, parts of the existing Baytree Centre will be demolished, making way for 120,000 sq ft of shops and 200 homes plus improved public realm.
A planning application is due to be submitted ?in spring 2014 with completion scheduled for 2017.
