Land Securities is launching a new residential brand to promote the sale of homes as part of its £2.2bn transformation of London’s Victoria.
The UK REIT is unveiling the marketing banner Residential by Land Securities to sell its luxury residential developments.
The launch comes as LandSec presents the Nova Building on Buckingham Palace Road, SW1. The scheme, comprises 170 flats, is expected to complete in 2016. The sale of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and penthouses will launch in early 2014.
Tom Eshelby, residential director at Land Securities, said: “Victoria is a prime London address where those ‘in the know’ want to be. Knight Frank has predicted that prices in the quarter will rise by 25% by 2016, making it the property hotspot – not just for London or Europe, but internationally. Residential by Land Securities is poised to lead with the Nova Building.”
