Craigard Investments has fully-let its 14,531 sq ft Eagle Point office scheme in Segensworth, Hampshire.
The Hants-based property investor said it has recently signed three tenants to the property: engineering company Lorne Stewart, Portland Business, and Financial Solutions.
The trio have taken a combined 8,500 sq ft, paying £12 per sq ft. The deals make the property fully-let following a refurbishment, less than a year after Craigard bought the building.
Paul Foster, managing director of Craigard, said: “It’s a great achievement to have fully let the site in the time we have done.”
