CBRE Global Investors has completed two transactions, in West Thurrock and Milton Keynes, for £19.8m.
The first was for a £11.9m pair of retail warehouses in Grafton Court, Milton Keynes, which have been let to CDS for 25 years and Wren Kitchens for 10 years.
The second was for two industrial units in West Thurrock, let for an average lease term of six years to DHL Global Forwarding UK and Harrow Green.
Michael Ness, UK head, CBRE Global Investors, said: “Both acquisitions present exciting growth opportunities. Milton Keynes is predicted to become the 14th largest city in England by 2031, while the West Thurrock site is well established and has excellent communication links with the capital.”
