Jones Lang LaSalle has employed Stuart Barron (pictured) as an associate director in its Thames Valley and South East offices lease advisory team.
He joins from CBRE where he held the same title.
At the same time, Matt Barker has joined the team as a surveyor.
Eamon Burke, head of JLL’s Thames Valley and South East offices lease advisory team, said: “Expanding will prepare us for the forecasted growth of the South East office market, where we expect strong occupational take-up in 2014 matched with active rental growth in many submarkets.”
Burke added: “With average grade A headline rents in the Western Corridor now over £30 per sq ft, more passing rents on good-quality offices are beginning to look reversionary at rent review.”
