Six Degrees Group has signed the first prelet for offices at Max Property Group’s 105,000 sq ft Commodity Quay at St Katharine Docks, E1.

The managed communications service company has signed a 10-year lease for 22,000 sq ft at the Buckley Grey Yeoman-designed property.

No rent was divulged, but market sources expected rents to reach between £45 per sq ft to £50 per sq ft.

The deal follows on from recent lettings totalling 70,000 sq ft at the newly refurbished 210,000 sq ft International House at the Docks.

Ben Walford, partner at Prestbury Investments, which advises Max, said: “We have worked very hard at regenerating this fantastic 500,000 sq ft mixed use marina-based development, making it attractive to a truly diverse range of users, mixing traditional with cutting edge operators in central London’s only marina.”

Ingleby Trice, H2SO and Savills advised Max Property Group; Cushman & Wakefield acted for Six Degrees Group.
