Planning officials in Lancashire have recommended Edge Hill University’s plan to build three student blocks accommodating a total of 245 students on the university’s campus.
West Lancashire borough’s planning officers have recommended the scheme for approval ahead of a meeting on Thursday.
The accommodation would be clustered around communal kitchens, with each group containing eight bedrooms.
