Rocco Forte Hotels are seeking buyers for their 165-bed luxury Lowry Hotel in Manchester once again, with a lowered asking price of around £40m.
In 2013, the company took the hotel off the market after receiving no bids since it was first marketed in 2007, with a £50m price tag.
