January proved a peak time for changing jobs, as our survey of the industry’s biggest people moves shows.
The UK property industry has begun 2014 with gusto. The market is busy and most expect it to continue to be so.
But alongside this increase in investment, occupational and development activity, analysis of January’s news on EGi shows a bustling jobs market, with as many as 30 senior level moves in the month.
Christopher McKenzie, director UK real estate at Cobalt Recruitment, says: “January has started incredibly quickly as businesses are expecting to have a positive year and are getting the right people in place to execute their plans early.”
