Transport for London (TfL) has reached the “final stages” of a deal for the redevelopment of Earls Court exhibition centres.
TfL, which owns the freehold to Earls Court 1 & 2 exhibition centres, and Capital & Counties Properties, the leaseholder, hope to bring forward the west London facilities’ redevelopment.
