Brand development company Romelle Swire is moving from Soho, after signing a 10-year lease for a new head office in Bayswater, W2.
The company, which develops partnerships between clients and brands – such as socialite Tamara Ecclestone and haircare business SHOW Beauty – has agreed to take 7,120 sq f at GMS Estates’ 6 Salem Road.
It is paying around £40 per sq ft and relocating from smaller space at 46 Dean Street, W1.
Frost Meadowcroft advised the landlord; Xander Investments acted for the tenant.
