Salmon Harvester Properties has sold Northgate House on Stoke Road, SL2, its residential development site located in Slough town centre, to Barratt North London for £2.7m.
Salmon Harvester secured detailed planning consent for a £17.5m residential scheme of 120 private flats last October.
Barratt expects to start construction during the first half of this year.
Philip Skottowe of Salmon Harvester said: “Confidence is returning to the residential development sector in locations such as Slough which is experiencing a marked pick up in demand from home buyers and investors. Having secured a market facing planning consent and with arrival of Crossrail in 2019 the timing was good for us to sell.”
DPA2 acted for Salmon Harvester.
