Newcore Capital Management has appointed Chris Vane-Tempest as director of business development.
With his appointment, Vane-Tempest brings to Newcore his family office business, which co-invests in syndicated property investments in the residential and heath care sectors.
He worked previously at Egan Property Asset Management, where he was an associate director.
Hugo Llewelyn, managing director of Newcore, said: “Chris and I have known each other for 10 years. He is a first-class business developer with a loyal following of high-net-worth investors who respect his judgment and methodology. He will be a great asset to the Newcore business.”
Llewelyn, formerly head of investment at Protego Real Estate Investors, founded Newcore in 2011.
