Savills has made a series of promotions in its London residential development land team.
The following employees have all been promoted from associate director level to director: Andrew Boyd; Rob Pollock and Andrew Cox.
Central London, west London and south London are the areas covered respectively by the trio.
The appointments follow a buoyant 2013 for the team, which recorded 62 sales and purchases with a combined land value of £1.9bn.
Elsewhere in the team Harry De Lotbiniere has been promoted to associate director and Andrew Cooper to associate.
