Muse Developments is to kick-start the first commercial phase of its £100m Northshore scheme in Stockton on Tees, County Durham, after selling a site to a newly formed housing organisation.
A 43,000 sq ft headquarters will be developed for Thirteen Group, which was created by the merger of Fabrick Housing and Vela Group.
Muse is developing the 57-acre Northshore scheme in partnership with the Homes & Communities Agency.
The masterplan allows for up to 453,000 sq ft of offices, 87,000 sq ft of shops and leisure space and 875 homes. Sanderson Weatherall and GVA acted for Muse; Thirteen Group was unrepresented.
