London Square has bought 100 New Kings Road, SW6, for a residential-led development.
The luxury homes developer is understood to have paid Lumina Real Estate Capital around £15m for the Fulham site, according to market sources.
Lumina Real Estate Capital bought the 11,642 sq ft office building in October 2011. It has since secured consent for a 24 flats conversion and 4,119 sq ft shop which has been prelet to Sainsbury’s.
Savills acted for the vendor; the buyer was not represented.
