Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking has provided Yorkshire-based Dransfield Properties with a £10m loan to bring forward a mixed-use scheme.
Fox Valleyis on the former Outokumpu steelworks land in Stocksbridge. It will include 50,000 sq ft of offices and 110,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants, anchored by a 63,000 sq ft Tesco.
Dransfield is also working with Stonebridge Homes to build 114 homes as part of the development.
Last month, Lloyds provided Dransfield with a £23m refinancing of its Lime Square regeneration scheme in east Manchester.
