Over in the Yorkshire Dales on the set of Emmerdale, prices average £192,150, while in Chester a Hollyoaks home is £145,170. Not surprisingly, the most expensive is in EastEnders’ fictional Walford, where the Olympic effect has seen prices average £441,350.
