A former Bristol police station is to be converted into a retirement scheme by McCarthy & Stone.
The retirement homes developer has secured consent to redevelop Staple Hill police station into a £10m, 43-home project.
Designed by the firm’s in-house team, the development is expected to complete in winter 2015.
